COMMERCIAL PLUMBING ESTIMATOR/ PROJECT MANAGER/SALES
Description/Duties:
ACPI has an opening for a commercial plumbing project manager/estimator with a sales background. Responsibilities include estimating potential projects, submitting the proposals and directing and monitoring the winning projects, including contract administration and project management. Also involved is interfacing via phone and in person with new and existing customers, contractors and developers.
Essential to the position is the ability to generate new sales as well as maintaining, along with creating and promoting sales opportunities for the existing customer base, responding appropriately and promptly to customers concerns and issues, while working independently in all areas of delegated responsibilities.
Skills Required:
Five+ years as a project manager
Seven+ years field experience in commercial plumbing industry, including high rise tenant improvements.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professional Appearance
Computer Fluency with knowledge of computer-based estimating software
Experience with Estimation software, a huge plus.
Compensation/Benefits:
COMPENSATION:
$70,000+, DOE - Dependent upon Experience and Background plus Exceptional Annual Bonuses (based on performance) **(Salary could be higher for an exceptional candidate)
