Paul Andersen
Paul is the Owner and President of Andersen Commercial Plumbing. He supervises the overall operations and management of our team. He also performs estimating, project management and coordination of design/build projects . With over 33 years of commercial plumbing experience in Southern California; he has brought Andersen Commercial Plumbing, with the help of all our valuable field and office staff to where it is today! As a second generation commercial plumber he strives each day to instill his “Customer Comes First” attitude to all his team members. He stands by with his reputation on each and every job.
Joe Ruvalcaba
Vice President, Joe has been with our company for over 14 yrs. He has worked his way up from being a Foreman in the field to our General Foreman; and now to his current position of Vice President and Field Superintendent. Joe is responsible for supervising the entire field from our service plumbers to our T.I. and new construction field staff. In being in charge of our growing service department Joe has set our company apart in commercial plumbing service and response. Joe is on the front lines every day taking care of our clients’ needs and getting the job done. He is an integral part of the ACP Team.
John Ganser
Purchasing Agent, John is our Purchasing Agent extraordinaire. John has over 35 yrs experience in Commercial Plumbing Purchasing. If there is a hard to find part, fixture or piping system John knows where to find it. His organizational skills are unmatched. All of our many suppliers have come to know John and provide him with special service so we can provide our customers with that same service.
Matilda Lanza
Service Department Manager, Matilda has been with our company for 8 years. She is in charge of our service department and handles all service calls, service quotes, customer service and billing. Our customers have come to love her positive get it done attitude! Matilda handles the scheduling of service calls and our Radio Dispatched Techs in the field. She is ready to handle all your service needs!
Ryan Golightly
Estimator/Project Manager, Ryan is a team member within our estimating department and handles project takeoffs, estimating and project management. He is dedicated to working with our general contractors, clients and architects and assisting them in the management of large and small projects. Ryan came to our company with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Marketing with a minor in Economics. This knowledge and his many years of commercial plumbing experience help him to be a very detail oriented estimator and project manager. He also his C-36 State Plumbing Contractors License and he is a licensed LA County Journeyman Plumber. Ryan has great interpersonal skills and he is an asset to the Andersen Commercial Plumbing, Inc. Team.
Jessie Loera
General Foreman, Jessie has been with ACP for over 10 yrs. As our lead foreman Jessie oversees many ongoing projects simultaneously. Jessie has over 13 years commercial plumbing experience and is our top troubleshooter in the field. He is great with our clients and they are usually asking for him by name because if there is a tough problem Jessie will figure it out and get it repaired!
Mary Galasso
Office Manager, Mary is our Office Manager at ACP and manages our office with a wonderful attitude. With over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Mary heads up our accounting department. She is very efficient and always willing to assist our clients with any of their insurance billing or contract administration needs.
Christian Hand
Estimator/Project Manager, Christian is our Senior Project Manager, handling job walks, project estimates and project management. He is a Certified Plumbing Inspector and Plans Examiner enabling him to provide a solution to any plumbing code issue or problem. Christian has over 15 years of commercial plumbing experience in the field and over 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing supervision, project management and estimating. With his vast experience he brings our clients professional plumbing solutions as well as comprehensive bids and management of projects large and small. Christian has a great positive attitude and is an asset to our company. He exemplifies our philosophy of Service to our Customers is our #1 priority!
Patrick Prouty
Estimator/Project Manager, Patrick has over 16 years of Commercial Plumbing experience. Patrick handles project estimating, project management, sales, job walks and design/build projects. Patrick has a very positive attitude and is a pleasure to work with. His extensive field experience in Multi-Tenant, Industrial, Medical, Tenant Improvement and new commercial construction has made Patrick a valuable asset to our company and our clients. Patrick has been involved in many large projects including Hospitals, Schools, Industrial Plants and many other projects on the Private and Public side of construction. Patrick has his C-36 Plumbing Contractors License, C-42 Sanitation License, Machinist Certificate and OSHA Safety Certificates. We are very glad to have him as part of our team.
Gustavo Gutierrez
Shipping and Receiving Manager, Gustavo handles our Shipping, Receiving and Warehouse management. He is very organized and keeps our warehouse ship shape. Gustavo is in charge of deliveries to the jobsites and keeping our field supplied with material and our warehouse stocked so our personnel has what they need when they need it. Gustavo is another valuable asset to our company.
Candace Franco
Assistant Project Manager, Candace assists our project managers in the construction division and also assists in our service department. She has many years of construction and project management experience as well as great customer service skills. Candace is a great asset to our company.
Katie Adcox
Office Assistant, Katie is our office assistant at Andersen Commercial Plumbing and her impressive organizational skills help to keep our office very organized and running smoothly. She assists with projects in each of our departments and always does so with a commitment to excellence. Katie works well with each team member, helping to streamline all projects. She also provides exceptional service to our ACP customers and always treats them with a friendly attitude. She is an integral member to our team and we appreciate her dedication to the company.
